As an avid athlete in his youth, Dr. Bernardi played soccer at Cornell University where he studied Biology and graduated Summa Cum Laude with research honors in Nutrition. He then went on to a clinical research career at the Harvard Institute of Medicine where he was a published author in orthopedics and sports medicine.
Dr. Bernardi later received his medical degree from the University of California San Diego. While a medical student, he developed an interest in epidemiological health trends and global medicine. He has volunteered abroad in Kenya and Mexico and was the University of Nairobi School of Medicine’s youngest Grand Rounds speaker on U.S. Healthcare Policy.
After his emergency medicine residency training at the University of Arizona, Dr. Bernardi began complimenting his career as an attending physician with medical directorships for several medical spas and men’s health clinic nationwide. He has also been featured in Top Doctors Magazine. As a physician clinical leader, Dr. Bernardi maintains full executive responsibility for GLO BAR, including setting and achieving appropriate goals and ensuring the right path to success.
Emily is a well-trusted anti aging expert with 8 years of experience in the aesthetics industry and health and wellness space. She was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from UGA with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. From there, Emily made her way to Southern California where she went on to win an IFBB professional bikini competitor title in 2019.
During this time her professional background grew to become incredibly diverse, from medical assistant to a prominent plastic surgeon, to pharmaceutical sales rep. She eventually stumbled upon a position at a popular medical spa where she discovered her her passion and affinity for all things medical aesthetics, and quickly ascended the company ranks to become a spa director.
Her wide range of talents, technical skills, and competitive spirit has positioned her as an authority in aesthetics, and is what allowed her to launch Orange County’s premier medical spa in 2021. Emily is passionate not only about aesthetic enhancements, but about feeling confident in your skin and building a life you love. As Founder and Director of GLO Bar, she delights in providing the best patient experience possible and bringing out your best self, inside and out.
Allie is a California Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. She completed her undergraduate studies at Mount Saint Mary College in New York and dedicated over seven years in Critical Care and Trauma.
Allie obtained her Masters of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and graduated with a perfect GPA, all while battling the front lines of the Covid-19 pandemic. As an ICU Nurse, she received several awards for nursing excellence and exemplary patient care. She also stood on set of various Hollywood films based out of Austin, TX. Allie is a New Jersey native, standout college athlete, proud military wife and mom of two.

The ability to greatly impact someone’s self-worth and confidence by use of various aesthetic options is what drives her passion. Julie Luu is a board certified nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. Her healthcare journey began in 2015 as a critical nurse with double Bachelor degrees. While working in the frontlines during the COVID pandemic, she continued to advance her education and earned her Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner.
Julie has always had a passion for art and beauty. She discovered her professional niche when she found that she was able to integrate her medical background with aesthetic artistry to help people look and feel their absolute best. She prides herself in her meticulous and holistic approach to aesthetic medicine, focusing on delivering safe and beautiful results to each of her patients. She loves facial balancing and educating patients with the information they need to make the best decisions regarding their treatment plans.

Since graduating with honors in skin therapy at Paul Mitchel the school in 2010 in Costa Mesa, CA. Samantha has continued her education through the International Dermal Institute, Allergan Medical Institute, Skinbetter Academy, Alastin Skincare, Vitality Institute, PCA Skin, Image Skincare, ZO Skin Health and more. She has a strong desire to stay current in this ever changing industry and strives to be the professional, educated, and passionate esthetician her patients deserve.
