This is a membership subscription with a 6-month minimum commitment. By purchasing a membership, you are authorizing GLO Bar MedSpa to charge the subscription fee on the same date of each month to the card provided. Monthly complementary membership treatments must be redeemed within 30 days of the charge date, otherwise that month’s treatment is forfeited. After 6 months you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice in person or via email ([email protected]). Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have special pricing or discounts on services & products. If you are a member for less than 6 months, you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to one month of membership fees. Memberships & benefits cannot be shared and are non-transferable.
