Rejuvapen NXT® is the most advanced FDA-cleared microneedling device available. Microneedling with PRF uses your body’s natural healing mechanisms to enhance the texture and appearance of your skin. The Rejuvapen device creates thousands of tiny microchannels in the skin, filling with PRF derived from your blood. What to Expect:

First, you’ll consult with one of our licensed aesthetic providers to discuss your concerns and treatment goals.

Then we’ll apply a topical numbing cream to ensure a comfortable treatment. We start by drawing a small sample of your blood, which is spun in a centrifuge to extract the PRF (platelet-rich fibrin).

Using hair-fine needles, we’ll create channels in your skin to stimulate production of new skin cells and collagen. The treatment takes about an hour, including numbing, and is basically painless!

Recovery time is minimal—you can expect some mild redness, like a sunburn, for up to a week. After just one treatment, you’ll notice smoother, healthier, and more youthful-looking skin. For best results, repeat monthly for a total of 3-5 sessions.

Microneedling with Rejuvapen NXT® is a cosmetic procedure that uses a medical device with tiny needles to create micro-injuries on the skin, stimulating the body’s natural healing response and promoting collagen and elastin production.

What is PRF?

Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is a natural substance derived from the patient’s blood that contains high concentrations of growth factors and other healing compounds. During microneedling with PRF, it enhances the healing and regenerative capabilities of the skin.

What is the difference between PRF and PRP?

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) are derived from the patient’s blood and contain a high concentration of growth factors promoting healing and tissue regeneration.Medical professionals use a centrifuge to spin blood and separate the plasma from other components, creating PRP. When turned differently, PRF produces a fibrin clot with a higher concentration of platelets and white blood cells.PRP is more liquid, while PRF is more of a gel, making it ideal for injecting and applying topically during microneedling procedures. We prefer PRF over PRF because it is more concentrated and believed to have a more substantial effect on the skin.

How long do results last?

Most patients see continued improvement in their skin for several weeks to months after treatment, with results lasting much longer due to new collagen stimulation. We must undergo maintenance treatments to maintain the results as our body keeps aging continuously.

What is the downtime?

The downtime for microneedling with PRF is minimal, with most patients experiencing redness and mild swelling for a few days after treatment, followed by some mild peeling or flaking of the skin.

How many treatments do I need?

The optimal number of treatments varies depending on the skin concerns and goals of the patient. Typically, patients require 3-6 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart to achieve the best results.
