CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

We require a valid credit card on file to secure all appointments. Your credit card information will be stored securely in our system. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, or if you do not show up to your appointment, the following fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file:

Appointments under 1 hour — $50
Appointments 1 hour or longer — $150 

Please note that if you violate the Cancellation and No-Show Policy and then do not pay the required fees, you may not be able to book another appointment with us. Thank you for your understanding! By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

LATE POLICY

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will make every effort to perform your entire treatment within the remaining scheduled time. If arriving 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge the cancellation fee.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds or credits on any services rendered. Aesthetic outcomes can vary greatly from person to person, and while we make every effort to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Our Providers work with each client to discuss treatment options and their objectives, and to thoroughly review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. Once services and treatment packages are purchased, they are non-refundable. However, any unused service value (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service for which you are clinically eligible. 

For skincare products, all sales are final. However, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. All gift card sales are final.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Prior to your treatment, we usually recommend you avoid alcohol and caffeine consumption, drink plenty of water, eat a good meal, and arrive makeup-free. You should also review our Pre-Care & Aftercare Instructions for the specific treatment you will be receiving.
